Two Circles,
One Community
Kaizen Circle is a workshop-based learning community, providing learning opportunities in both English and Japanese.
• English Circle •
A learning environment designed to build confidence in expressing ideas and engaging in discussions in English.
• Japanese Circle •
Designed to help participants refine their Japanese communication skills, clarify their thinking through dialogue, and express ideas more effectively.
1. Problem to Solve
Facilitators pose open-ended questions with no single right answer. Participants focus on identifying the underlying issues and how to think about them—developing the habit of discovering challenges independently.
2. Team Discussion
Through team dialogue, participants share different perspectives and ideas. By respecting differing opinions, they organize their thinking and reach conclusions they can clearly explain.
3. Presentation
Each team presents its conclusions. Through feedback and Q&A with peers, participants deepen their thinking and refine how they communicate their ideas.
4. Reflection
Participants reflect on what they thought about, what they learned, and how they can apply it next, reinforcing their learning through reflection.
