Nami Sakai holds degrees from Pennsylvania State University and New York University. After graduating, she built her career in New York as a marketing producer, working with multicultural teams on brand storytelling and communication strategies for a wide range of global brands.

 

After returning to Japan, she founded JPN Dynamix Inc., a consultancy specializing in global organizational transformation. As its representative, she works with organizations on leadership development, change management, and talent growth.

 

She also served as a lecturer at New York University Tokyo, where she brought an experiential learning approach grounded in both practice and education.
 

She believes that soft skills, such as communication, empathy, leadership, and adaptability, form the most critical foundation for sustainable growth, both for individuals and for organizations.

 

Through Kaizen Circle, she supports participants in developing these skills while growing into individuals who can collaborate effectively and tackle challenges together.
